By downloading, installing, or using Tidetuner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

While we strive for high accuracy, the App is designed for general music education and practice. It should not be relied upon as the sole tuning method for professional recording or critical applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.
